We are seeking an experienced **Lead.NET Developer**to join our team and take a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our SaaS eLearning platform.
This position requires strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or Opensearch and offers an exciting opportunity to lead development efforts, collaborate with a high-performing team, and deliver innovative solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, enhance, and maintain our SaaS eLearning platform built on the Microsoft.NET framework
- Be an integral part of a results-driven team, ensuring commitment to quality and excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to design, develop, test, and provide post-deployment support for solutions
- Conduct analysis and design throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Recommend and implement the most effective solutions for requested features and functionality
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using C# and.NET technologies
- Create and maintain database objects with Microsoft SQL Server
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing features to enhance performance, functionality, and user experience
- Develop and execute automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Produce technical documentation to guide future software development projects
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading and managing development teams
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch or Opensearch
- Proficiency in working with Llama




- Experience in developing Windows services
- Knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Familiarity with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Proficiency in using code versioning tools such as Git
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL development, including TSQL, Views, Stored Procedures, and Indexes
- Understanding of.NET Core, React, Azure, and AI development frameworks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver results on time
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher
