**We’re Hiring! | Accounts Receivable Team Lead**
Location: Monterrey
Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
**What will you do in this role?**
Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to achieve departmental goals
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
Oversee daily AR operations: invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and past-due accounts follow-up
Resolve escalated issues and collaborate across departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Prepare financial reports (aging, collection metrics, cash flow forecasts) and analyze AR data
Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist with external audits
**Requirements**:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable,



including at least 2 years in a leadership role
✔ Advanced Excel and SAP skills
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and results-driven mindset
✔ Advanced English
