- Chemical or Metallurgical engineering bachelor’s degree.Experience and knowledge in the following manufacturing topics: Electrochemical coating processes: Plating, Phosphating, Black oxidation, Electropolish, Chempolish, Waste-Water treatment, Analytical chemistry, Laboratory tests.Heat treatments: Hardening, Annealing, Stress relieve, Curing process, and Microstructural changes. High skills to handle Chemistry and Materials Science to analyze issues or behaviors of raw material, coatings, cleanliness, adherence, morphology, etc.Quality problem solving, implementation and optimization of manufacturing in coating processes. SPC analysis and interpretation, technical drawing interpretation,



P-FMEA, CAD (Inventor and/or AutoCAD), core tools, continuous improvement projects,Experience in transference or implementation of new chemical processes, machines and equipment projects.
English level: fluid conversational and writing skills.Commentary: This request is created to cover 2 new Chemical Processes Engineers which will be assigned to the transference of Plating process from ATL to AGU as part of the project ZEBRA 2.
