**Position**: Sales Operations Associate II

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Process non-same day online orders placed by customers on Arrow websites, assist with processing same day orders as needed.
- Ensure accurate and complete information on every order, manage order entry & maintenance processes.
- Occasional assistance/interaction with customers, greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, effectively handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- 2-4 years of order management and/or customer service experience; minimum high school graduate required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Ability to juggle many tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Electronics industry experience highly preferred.
