As an **Intake Representative**, you’ll be the **first point of contact** for potential clients and play a key role in making a difference in their lives.
**What You’ll Do**
- Answer **inbound and outbound calls** from individuals seeking disability assistance.
- Collect and accurately document client information using our **CRM system**.
- Explain **Social Security Disability eligibility** and benefits in a clear, empathetic manner.
- **Promote and communicate** the value of our services to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed **performance goals** while delivering **outstanding customer service**.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**:



Customer service or call center experience preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, empathy, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- **Technical**: Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web browsers.
- **Personality**: Positive, energetic, and eager to **help others**.
