**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a proactive **Accounts Receivable Specialist** to join our growing team in MX! The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of AR or billing experience who enjoys problem-solving and ensuring smooth financial operations.
**MAIN RESPONABILITIES**
- Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Partner with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure timely claim payments.
- Prepare aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure positive payment experiences.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Monthly Salary of $25,000 to $27,000 gross
- Christmas Bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)
