**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily using a dialer system.
- Engage prospects in both **English and Spanish**, clearly explaining Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and Life Insurance options.
- Qualify leads by asking pre-screening questions and capturing accurate information.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects to encourage interest and appointment setting.
- Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and lead details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture interest.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and compliance guidelines.
**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in **cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation**,



preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
- **Fluency in both English and Spanish** (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Resilient, persuasive, and able to handle objections confidently.
- Comfortable working with dialer systems, CRM tools, and call scripts.
- Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to compliance.

Pay: $113.00 - $149.00 per hour
