We are seeking a results-oriented **Senior Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
This role requires you to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, analyze complex requirements, and guide impactful design and implementation efforts to deliver exceptional user experiences.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and accessibility teams to understand requirements, scope, and technical constraints, and support design QA and implementation
- Document experience design requirements to effectively guide wireframe and prototype creation
- Develop experience design milestone plans in coordination with project management to prioritize UX research and design activities
- Reconcile conflicting experience design requirements and align stakeholders on a unified vision
- Identify gaps in stakeholder-specified design requirements and drive initiatives to resolve these gaps for clearer understanding
- Facilitate workshops to foster shared understanding of user journeys, personas, and success metrics across teams
- Conduct targeted user research activities such as stakeholder interviews, usability testing, UX audits, and heuristic evaluations to inform decision-making
- Analyze research findings to uncover user pain points, validate design hypotheses, and produce actionable insights
- Synthesize data with UX researchers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to define user needs, behaviors, and journey insights
- Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating design timelines, managing progress in tools like Jira, and ensuring alignment with sprint deliverables
**Requirements**:




- 3+ years of experience in understanding and presenting experience design needs within Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
- Expertise in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to both design teams and stakeholders
- Skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
- Capability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences
- Familiarity with Agile processes and proficiency in tools like Jira
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
**Nice to have**
- Background in educational technology and learning design
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven interfaces or designing for conversational UX
- Knowledge of front-end development concepts such as Angular, React, and responsive design
