We are seeking a **Senior People Operations Specialist**to join our HR team and help create an exceptional workplace experience aligned with EPAM’s core values and behaviors.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee key HR operational processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Execute the new hire process, including system setup, collecting and auditing new hire documentation, and closely collaborating with the payroll team
- Administer benefits and leave programs, including enrollment, audits, employee communication, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations by conducting regular audits of documentation, processes, and programs
- Collaborate with Lead Operations to create and review reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Work with the Lead People Operations Specialist to update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation specific to Canada
- Collaborate with global teams to configure or enhance internal systems to address Canadian requirements and standards
- Coordinate with local and global departments involved in HR-related processes to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Address employee questions regarding HR operational matters, including benefits and leave inquiries
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or HR Operations roles
- Demonstrated expertise in HR Operations tasks, including onboarding, benefits management, employee engagement, compliance, and file management
- Strong passion for teamwork and continuous improvement, with a keen eye for detail and critical thinking abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and meet service deadlines




- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with mínimal supervision
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
