**Key Responsibilities**
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Hit monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Outgoing,



competitive, and goal-driven personality.
- Comfortable making outreach calls/messages daily.
- Organized and able to manage multiple openings at once.
- English proficiency (written & spoken).
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Base salary: $16,00-$18,00 MXN/month (depending on experience).
- Per hire bonus
- Monthly quota bonus
