Position Overview
Join our manufacturing team as a Production Expediter! This position plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring work orders are properly managed, material shortages are identified and resolved, and inventory transactions remain accurate. You will work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams to help maintain an efficient production flow.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent Engineering graduates who are looking to start their career in manufacturing and develop their skills in production control, inventory management, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production work orders from kitting through completion.

Verify material transactions in the ERP system (Visual).

Identify and verify material shortages in production kits.

Maintain accurate work order and shortage reports.

Coordinate with Production Supervisors to resolve material discrepancies.

Support inventory accuracy by verifying material issuance.





Coordinate replenishment of shortage materials.

Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Materials teams to support production schedules.

Key Qualifications
Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong computer skills.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Preferred

Manufacturing experience (internships or professional experience).

ERP system knowledge (Visual or similar).

Basic English reading and writing skills.
