Documentation of processes and system workflows.

Comply with internal and external regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions

Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace according to 5S principles

Perform any other tasks may occur but only related to the field of activity and in accordance with professional training

Maintain confidentiality regarding all information about the employer/employees/collaborators

Comply with and maintain IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems related to the workplace

Your Profile

3+ years of experience in process improvement and digital transformation

Exposure to process mapping, analysis, and optimization using tools

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI, RPA, low-code apps)

Experience with SAP

Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies





Experience with cross-functional collaboration

Excellent English and communication skills

Comfortable working with data and KPIs to support decision-making

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and digital trends
