Field Tech Senior Representative
Responsibilities

Typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area.

Complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.

When the work is non‑routine, they escalates to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing.

Perform basic configuration of desktop / notebook / printers.

May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.

Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Typically requires 9‑18 months relevant experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.

Basic client service skills.

Ability to physically perform general office requirements.





Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
