Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro solutionsConfigure and customize modules including: Asset Lifecycle Management (Procure → Deploy → Maintain → Retire)Software Asset Management (Licensing, Compliance, Reconciliation)Implement SAM Pro features such as: Entitlement managementSoftware normalization & reconciliationPublisher packsDevelop and maintain: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow DesignerIntegrations with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, Flexera, Jamf, Intune)Ensure data accuracy across CMDB, Assets, and DiscoveryCollaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution designSupport audit compliance, optimization, and cost-saving initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues with performance optimizationProvide guidance to junior developers and review code qualityRequired Skills & Experience6–10+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in ServiceNow developmentStrong hands-on experience in: HAM (Hardware Asset Management)SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional)Expertise in: CMDB,
