Responsible for ensuring that the continuous improvement teams across phases and support areas achieve their objectives through the implementation and sustainment of applicable Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the "Transform" program by coordinating the continuous improvement committee to follow up and sustain improvement ideas.
- Responsible for keeping plant metric results updated through the corresponding owners on the applicable boards.
- Responsible for onboarding new hires regarding continuous improvement.
- Responsible for the sustainment, compliance, and consistency of the plant’s 5S program.
- Responsible for managing and communicating the results of the corporate sustainability metrics.
- Responsible for the standardization of "best practices" derived from the Transform system, as well as ensuring the correct implementation and sustainment of visual factory practices.
