Technical Skills Willing to develop ability on Seat Patterning – Able to complete seat patterns Understanding and applying one or more basic problem‑solving techniques (e.g., BEP, Kepner–Tregoe, Six Sigma, etc.) to help solve a real‑world issue Knowledge of manufacturing process and requirements of a Trim Cover Understanding and basic operation of seat equipment used in trim cover manufacturing (NC Cutter, sewing machines, etc.) Trim cover sewing safety requirements within a trim cover Standard components used within a trim cover Knowledge of material specifications and guidelines (cloth, leather,
