- **DIGITALIZATION PROJECT MANAGER**
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project's development lifecycle using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). The plan should be aligned with the company and project milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Definition of the functional requirements from the Operational Units into technical requirements for the Development team, along with their acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate coordination of training activities and project releases with Operational Units.
- Collaborate with Digitalization team leader, operational units' stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in cooperation with the Digitalization team leader, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and address blockers that hinder the team's progress, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
- Lead project progress, manage risks, and adapt plans as necessary to meet milestones, deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure high-quality code by emphasizing best practices, code reviews, and regular maintenance activities, ensuring the long-term sustainability and adaptability of digital solutions.
- Generate an executive summary to report regularly on project status, KPIs, and outcomes to operational units' stakeholders and upper management.
- Encourage a collaborative and high-performing team environment,



fostering continuous learning and professional growth.Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile development and contribute to the evolution of processes and tools within the team.
- **Who We’re Looking For**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
**Experience**:
3 - 5 years in a similar position or as project manager.
**Required Knowledge**:
- Proven experience managing projects (with Agile methodologies).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Programming (Python, Matlab, VBA).Systems architecture.
- **Languages**:
Fluent English proficiency
**Other Knowledge**:
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Businessmap and Azure DevOps is a plus.
