Role Overview
We’re hiring a Home Buying Specialist (Inside Sales Agent) to be the voice of our company. You’ll speak directly with homeowners, build trust, and negotiate win-win deals. If you’re confident on the phone and thrive on closing, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with motivated homeowners
- Build rapport, ask the right questions, and uncover seller needs
- Present our home buying solutions and negotiate purchase terms
- Consistently follow up and manage a pipeline of warm leads
- Collaborate with acquisitions and dispositions teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Keep CRM updated daily with all conversations and tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Proven phone sales experience (inside sales,
telemarketing, call center, real estate acquisitions, etc.)
- Confident and comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
- Strong negotiator and closer
- Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by hitting goals
- Excellent communicator who can build trust fast
- Organized and process-driven (CRM discipline is a must)
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required for strong sales pros
