**Your key responsibilities will be**:
- **1-on-1 Tutoring**: Deliver personalized tutoring sessions, adapting your methodology to each student's needs and pace to ensure meaningful and effective learning.
- **Educational Material Development**: Create and design high-quality, innovative educational resources (presentations, exercises, study guides, etc.) that will be fundamental to our institute's academic structure.
- **Student Monitoring and Evaluation**: Track your students' progress, offering consistent feedback to motivate their development.
- **Collaboration**: Contribute ideas and work as a team to continuously improve our programs and teaching methods.
**What are we looking for in our next Echo Teacher?**
- **A Passion for Teaching**: A genuine desire to help others learn and achieve their goals.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching, one-on-one tutoring,



or leading classes in English online.
- **Creativity**: The ability to develop engaging and effective educational materials from scratch.
- **Autonomy and Proactiveness**: As an emerging institute, we value organized, self-starting individuals who can manage their time efficiently.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: The ability to connect with students and explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
- **Academic Background**: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Foreign Languages, or a related area.
