Monitors the sourcing programs and initiatives, manage vendor relationships and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to execute programs that support strategic goals.
**Job Requirements**:
- Supporting the end-to-end execution of sourcing events, collaborating with the commodity team, tactical procurement team, and other functions to meet internal requirements.
- Assisting with supplier training, coordinating the execution of sourcing events, and coordinating with the commodity and operational procurement teams to ensure high quality of work and attention to detail.
- Responding to supplier questions, providing recommendations to internal stakeholders, and assisting with creating e-sourcing templates and presentations.
- Notifying vendors of invoices and lead time; collecting and reporting problems and failures to purchase management.
**What your background should look like**:
Typically requires more than 6 years of related work experience. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred. May be considered entry level for employees with Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent.
