Description
Work closely with Senior Analysts, Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants. Understand client needs and gathering relevant research that contributes to the overall assignment strategy.
Analysts will be responsible for supporting the team with strong focus
on Investment Banking. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining living documents and headcount mappings, ensuring they are continuously updated through market research, press releases, Bloomberg, etc.
Conduct comprehensive research and producing valuable resources for their teams, including supporting data entry and analysis, talent
mappings, target company lists, and pitch decks, along with various ad hoc research requests. Their insightful
analyses and findings are expected for new business development initiatives,

**Requirements**:
Perform data entry tasks to support various initiatives, including tracking headcount, updating market
intelligence, and maintaining internal documentation.
Develop a solid understanding of the relevant industry/market related engagements within the Financial Services Practice area.
Synthesize information accurately
Stay updated on news and issues associated with key client engagements and market opportunities.
Assist in detailed industry talent mapping and proactively identify high-potential executives.
Leverage internal and external databases for research and track executives movements.
Monitor and track relevant market developments including competitive intelligence, company updates, and people moves.
Use quantitative and qualitative information to clearly communicate and present data/details to influence decisions.




Participate in kick-off meetings with Associates and Consultants to assist in the development of the search and research strategy.
Directly assist Associates with search-related tasks, such as the development of a talent pipeline and target lists.
Develop industry and/or functional expertise by staying informed of industry trends and identifying best in class” leaders and leaders of the future.
Support the team in driving the creation of research and analysis for business development initiatives and activities.
Develop sophisticated and insightful presentations, pitch material, and other collateral in partnership with consultants and other teams.
Track various data points such as business development opportunities, actively booked assignments, and placement data. Synthesize information accurately into readable, client-ready documents.
Contribute to practice-wide initiatives, communications, and strategic projects.
