Join our team as a **Salesforce DevOps Engineer** to help establish and optimize the Salesforce Center of Excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Develop and maintain the Salesforce Center of Excellence operating model playbook
- Document and update CoE processes and maintain a knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine shared Salesforce components
- Support the introduction and adoption of Copado for Salesforce DevOps
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce DevOps are followed throughout the development cycle
- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce platform DevOps capabilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce DevOps tools and processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align DevOps practices with business goals
- Implement automation to improve deployment efficiency and quality
- Train team members on Salesforce DevOps tools and methodologies
- Evaluate new DevOps tools and recommend improvements
- Maintain compliance with security and governance standards for Salesforce deployments
- Report on DevOps performance metrics and suggest enhancements
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its DevOps capabilities
- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management
- Familiarity with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools
- Ability to develop detailed documentation and process playbooks
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing operating models and knowledge bases
- Understanding of shared components within Salesforce environments
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting




- Strong organizational and time management skills
- English language proficiency at the B2+ level
**Nice to have**
- Previous exposure to setting up Centers of Excellence
- Copado certification or formal training
- Knowledge of advanced automation tools in Salesforce
- Experience in upskilling teams on new DevOps technologies
