Become a key member of our team as a **Salesforce Scrum Master,** managing Scrum activities and overseeing product health for two vital workstreams using Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and guarantee compliance with Agile methodologies
- Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams supporting two workstreams
- Track product health through Salesforce reporting capabilities
- Facilitate communication among product owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Support project progress reporting and metrics analysis
- Identify and manage risks and issues to secure project delivery
- Champion continuous enhancements in Scrum practices and team efficiency
- Work alongside Salesforce administrators to refine configurations
- Incorporate accessibility standards into project execution
- Deliver frequent updates and status reports to leadership
- Promote improvements in user experience within Salesforce environments
**Requirements**:
- Proven expertise as a Scrum Master with over 2 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
- Capability to monitor and report on product health and key metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
- Experience with accessibility standards and enhancing user experience
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- Background in Salesforce user experience design
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools
