Join our dynamic team as a **Salesforce Scrum Master** supporting two critical workstreams.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support two workstreams
- Monitor product health using Salesforce reporting tools
- Facilitate communication between product owners, developers, and stakeholders
- Support reporting and metrics tracking for project progress
- Manage risks and issues to ensure project delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in Scrum processes and team performance
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins to optimize configurations
- Ensure accessibility standards are incorporated in project delivery
- Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership
- Support user experience improvements within Salesforce environments
**Requirements**:
- Expertise as a Scrum Master with 1+ years of experience
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration
- Ability to monitor and report on product health and metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and risk management experience
- Experience working with accessibility standards and user experience
- English proficiency at the B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with Salesforce user experience design
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard tools
