As a **Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer**, you will lead efforts to enhance and optimize our Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Your role will involve managing CI/CD pipelines, crafting operational model playbooks, and improving CoE processes and documentation. Join us to advance your expertise in Salesforce DevOps and contribute to a high-performing team.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployment processes
- Create and update the Salesforce Center of Excellence operating model playbook
- Document and maintain CoE processes and knowledge repositories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve shared Salesforce components
- Support the rollout and use of Copado within Salesforce DevOps practices
- Ensure adherence to best practices throughout the Salesforce DevOps lifecycle
- Offer technical advice on Salesforce platform DevOps features
- Monitor and resolve issues related to Salesforce DevOps tools and workflows
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align DevOps methods with business objectives
- Implement automation solutions to boost deployment efficiency and quality
- Educate team members on Salesforce DevOps tools and approaches
- Assess new DevOps technologies and propose enhancements
- Maintain compliance with security and governance standards for Salesforce deployments
- Report on DevOps performance indicators and recommend improvements
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce DevOps roles
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform and its DevOps functionalities
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins for managing CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Copado or equivalent Salesforce DevOps tools
- Proven ability to develop detailed documentation and process playbooks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and effective problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing operating models and knowledge bases
- Understanding of shared components in Salesforce environments




- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience in establishing Centers of Excellence
- Copado certification or formal training
- Familiarity with advanced Salesforce automation tools
- Experience training teams on emerging DevOps technologies
