- Comprehensive quality system management (IATF 16949, OEM CSR, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, applicable CQI, TL9000, and ISO9001 standards)
- Process and product control for SMT, mechanical assembly, and fiber optic technologies
- Methods for root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions. Management of corrective and preventive actions. Expert level
- Problem solving. Expert level
- Risk management (ISO31000 and ISO 31001)
- Quality reporting and compliance assurance
- APQP & Core tools
- Regulatory Agencies
- Product Safety (PSO/PSB)

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update the quality system according to the needs of all stakeholders.
- Coordinate the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system with the organization's management team.
- Evaluate supplier performance to develop them and achieve stakeholder objectives.
- Promote a culture of risk-based thinking within the organization to mitigate risks that may impact stakeholders.
- Manage the human resources, equipment, and infrastructure of the quality department efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate the preparation of corporate quality reports.
- Manage the development of quality personnel through training and task assignments.
