**Responsibilities**
- Monitor project schedules and progress toward objectives
- Identify, communicate, and escalate risks as needed
- Eliminate obstacles and mentor teams to resolve challenges
- Gather and present essential project performance data
- Conduct meetings to ensure productive outcomes
- Control project scope and collaborate with product owners to maintain backlog quality
- Manage stakeholder expectations and guarantee client satisfaction
- Address and mediate conflicts within teams
- Deliver coaching and training to boost Agile maturity
- Engage actively in daily team and project tasks
- Assist scrum teams in attaining advanced scrum proficiency
- Support Agile transformation efforts within the program
**Requirements**:
- Experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager overseeing multiple teams and complex dependencies for at least 3 years
- Proficient knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities
- Adaptability to changing work environments
- High self-motivation and concentration amid distractions
- Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making
- Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum techniques to improve processes
- Proven success using Agile methodologies
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Previous experience in financial services sector
