Join our team as a **Project Coordinator/Scrum Master** supporting a Financial Services company in building a best-in-class Data Platform with Azure Cloud integration.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Track project timelines and progress against goals
- Raise, track, communicate, and escalate risks appropriately
- Remove blockers and coach teams to overcome impediments
- Collect and report on key project metrics
- Facilitate meetings ensuring their effectiveness
- Manage scope and collaborate closely with product owners to maintain backlog health
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clients' satisfaction
- Resolve conflicts and issues within teams
- Provide coaching and training to enhance team Agile maturity
- Ensure day-to-day involvement in team and project activities
- Help scrum teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support Agile transformation initiatives within the program
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager managing multiple teams with complex dependencies (2+ years)
- Good knowledge and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments effectively
- Self-motivation and focus in distracting environments
- Strong analytical and quick thinking skills
- Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum techniques to address process gaps
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)

- Prior experience in financial services
