**Location**: 100% Remote (Open to all Latin America)

**About the Role**
We’re hiring a **Collections and Debt Specialist** to manage billing, collections, and follow-ups with tenants and homeowners. This role is adecuado for someone **confident, organized, and persistent**, who enjoys ensuring payments are made on time while maintaining positive communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle **collections, invoicing, and accounts receivable**.
- Keep accurate records of invoices, payments, and collection activities.
- Coordinate with the service team for maintenance-related billing.
- Provide excellent customer service while achieving collection goals.
**Requirements**:




- Experience in **collections, billing, or accounts receivable** (required).
- **Fluent English** (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
- Experience dispatching technicians is a plus.
