**Responsibilities**:
- Translate complex business requirements into analytics solutions, choosing the best tools form the full toolkit.
- Engage stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and guide junior analysts, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
**Requirements (Must-Have)**:
- Extensive experience with **Adobe Analytics** implementation and reporting.
- Proficient in leveraging **web analytics clickstream data and writing SQL queries** for reporting and analysis, preferably using Databricks.




- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently with high-level direction.
- Adaptable to work during **U.S. business hours**.
**Preferred (Nice-to-Have)**:
- Experience with **Google Analytics reporting** and **experimentation tools** (e.g., A/B testing platforms).
- Familiarity with multi-tool ecosystems for holistic business insights.
- **5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise environments**, capable of navigating complex setups and delivering robust analytics solutions.
