- As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement within our maintenance department. Your main responsibilities include:
- Gathering and consolidating information to facilitate effective communication and coordination across all maintenance shifts.
- Organizing, analyzing, and evaluating maintenance data to support informed decision-making.
- Analyzing production processes, identifying errors, and leading efforts to eliminate issues in a highly automated environment.
- Defining and implementing short-term corrective actions on-site to maintain system sustainability and maximize overall production capability.
- Optimizing existing production processes, with a focus on core technologies,



to enhance value creation and achieve peak performance in your area of responsibility.
- Delivering targeted training to team members to ensure proficiency and adherence to new or updated processes.-

What should you bring along?**- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in production environments, with strong expertise in KPI reporting and process development.
- Proven track record as a process leader or production specialist.
- Advanced analytical skills and hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
- Highly motivated, creative, assertive, and proactive mindset.
