- Handle inbound calls and guide customers through product options
- Focus on consultative, soft-sales conversations
**Appointment Scheduling Representative**
- Schedule free appointments for existing and potential customers
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound scheduling requests




**Customer Service Representative - Troubleshooting** _(Weekends Off)_
- Walk customers through troubleshooting steps
- Resolve inquiries and issues, aiming for first-call resolution
