**What you’ll manage**:




You’ll own and operate Neostella’s website and supporting digital platforms, serving as the bridge between marketing strategy, content, design, and technical execution.
This includes managing our WordPress site using Gutenberg blocks and existing themes, building and maintaining pages for solutions, events, and campaigns, and ensuring site performance, security, and reliability through WPEngine. You’ll also execute light custom development when needed, such as creating new blocks or enhancements.

**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience managing websites and digital platforms end to end
- Strong WordPress experience, particularly with Gutenberg blocks
- Technical web development experience and familiarity with WPEngine
- Working knowledge of SEO and Google tools (Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console)
- Comfort supporting marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot and event tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
