Salesforce Developer (Senior)

About the Role
We are looking for a **Senior Salesforce Developer** with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale. This role requires deep technical expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, strong integration skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions following best practices and enterprise-level frameworks
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to support complex business requirements
- Configure Salesforce out-of-the-box features such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Custom Settings
- Work with multiple Salesforce products including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and others
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations
- Participate in large-scale Salesforce integration projects and contribute to technical decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.)
- Solid experience developing Apex,



Visualforce, and Salesforce triggers
- Proven experience configuring Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using different integration patterns
- Demonstrated participation in at least one large-scale Salesforce implementation or integration project
- **10+ years of overall IT experience**, with **6+ years of Salesforce development experience**:
- **Advanced English** (spoken and written) - mandatory

Pay: $40,000.00 - $68,000.00 per month
