Financial Reporting & Accounting Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity.
Maintain the integrity of financial records in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
Analyze financial results and investigate significant variances.
General Accounting Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger functions.
Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.
Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management activities.
Review and approve accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Budgeting & Financial Analysis Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor departmental spending against budget.
Prepare financial analysis to support business decisions.
Develop KPIs and management reports.
Internal Controls & Compliance Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Manufacturing Cost Accounting Analyze labor, material, and overhead variances.
Review production costs and work order reporting.
Partner with Operations to improve manufacturing efficiencies and cost controls.




Leadership Supervise and develop accounting staff.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Promote continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
Serve as backup to the Controller when needed.
Education Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required).
5–8 years of progressive accounting experience. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with ERP systems
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
