Were looking for professionals with

1 year of experience providing IT support to end users.
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware issues.
Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops and desktop computers.
Experience managing hardware warranties with manufacturers such as Dell, HP, or Lenovo.
Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS.
Experience using IT Service Management ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
Conversational English B2 level.

Nice to Have

Basic networking knowledge TCP IP, DHCP, DNS.
Experience installing and configuring printers and peripherals.
IT asset and inventory management.
Computer equipment lifecycle and asset control.
Experience documenting incidents, technical procedures, and support activities.





Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support to internal users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment.
Manage hardware warranties and coordinate repairs with vendors and manufacturers.
Log, track, and resolve incidents using IT service management tools.
Install and configure computers, software applications, printers, and peripherals.
Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and service quality.
