- **Key Responsabilities**:_
- Manage daily operations of resources, ensuring proper staffing and performance
- Handle HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate payroll with Finance teams
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide updates
- Align team capacity with project requirements and timelines
- Ensure compliance with client policies and local regulations
- Support new client leads as needed




- Participate in client meetings and provide resource and operational status updates
- Ensure compliance with client policies, security standards, and local labor regulations
- **Requirements**:_
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledgeable in local labor laws and governance
- Strong leadership, operational, and communication skills
- 5 years experience in management/HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of HR operations and payroll coordination
