**HEAD OF TOUR GUIDES / TOUR COORDINATOR**
**Who are we looking for?**
A **disciplined, organized and committed** individual with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of **Mexican history, culture, and tourism**.
The main goal is to **coordinate the team of tour guides** and ensure that every tour is delivered with **excellence, warmth, and narrative accuracy**.
**Requirements**:
- **Previous experience** in coordination, logistics, or team management.
- **Strong knowledge** of Mexican history, art, and cultural heritage.
- Excellent **leadership and communication skills**.
- **Advanced English is MANDATORY.**:
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Availability to work **weekends and holidays** as needed.
- A genuine passion for **culture, storytelling, and human connection**.
- Bonus: Experience designing or curating **cultural/tourism experiences**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the **daily operation** of tours and the performance of tour guides.
- **Assign schedules**,



monitor attendance, and ensure punctuality and compliance.
- Evaluate and **maintain the quality** of each experience delivered.
- Collect and analyze **client feedback** to implement improvements.
- Lead and support **onboarding, continuous training**, and feedback cycles.
- **Polish and update tour products** based on field observations.
- Collaborate closely with the **Operations, Marketing, and Product** teams.
- Identify areas of opportunity and lead **initiatives for operational improvement**.
- Set a positive example and **inspire the team** to provide top-tier service.
