**Position Responsibilities**
- Manage daily Accounting and Accounts Payable operations, with a focus on strong internal controls and process efficiency.
- Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.
- Oversee key Accounting areas such as fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting.




- Lead the company’s response to external audits, coordinating requests to deliver timely responses.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree. CPA** preferred.**
- 10+ years of Accounting experience with 5+ years proven leadership skills.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)**:
- 100% in both verbal and written forms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar systems **a plus.**
