**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Preferred Fields of Study: Academic program that aligns with internship focus area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Authorization to work in country of employment without sponsorship
- Previous internship experience preferred but not required
- Ability to meet physical requirements specific to role and work environment
- Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance standards
- Foreign language skills may be required for some international positions
