We are looking for a **Travel Executive / Travel Concierge** to support our clients in planning exceptional travel experiences throughout Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate personalized travel itineraries across Mexico.
- Research and recommend destinations, villas, hotels, restaurants, and local experiences.
- Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, private chefs, tours, and activities.
- Manage travel logistics including schedules, confirmations, and guest requests.
- Act as concierge support for travelers before and during their trips.
- Liaise with local partners, suppliers, and hospitality providers.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, itineraries, and client preferences.
- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness for international guests.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a **travel agency, tour operator,



or travel concierge service**.
- **Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Flexibility and availability to respond to clients when required.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of destinations in Mexico is a strong plus.
