This role requires **advanced English** — perfect writing skills are a must, and strong speaking skills are preferred.
**Requirements**:
- **Advanced English** - especially in writing.
- **Strong SEO knowledge** - technical SEO + content optimization
- **Analytics tools** - Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Clarity, etc.
- **Reporting tools** - Looker Studio, Dashthis, Databox, or similar
- **SEO tools** - RankMath, ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- **Good writing skills** - creative and persuasive copywriting for websites
- **Proactive attitude** - you suggest improvements without being told
- **Follow-through** - you stay on top of to-dos and keep things moving
- **Strong organization and analytical thinking**:
- **Degree in marketing or a data-driven field** (preferred)
- **Be a great communicator** - especially with clients who don’t know much about SEO
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not required, but great to mention if you have them)
- WordPress & WooCommerce experience
- A/B or multivariate testing knowledge
- HTML, CSS, or JavaScript basics
- SEM knowledge
Principal responsabilities:
- **SEO Setup**: Optimize new websites for strong local search performance.
- **Tools & Integration**: Set up Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Clarity, etc.
- **Performance Review**: Check how websites are doing in search, find ways to improve,



and take action or give clear recommendations.
- **Reporting**: Create clear, easy-to-understand SEO reports with insights and next steps.
- **Content Updates**: Help update and improve website content for better visibility and results.
- **Lead Generation**: Improve Calls-to-Action (CTAs) to get more leads.
