**Main Responsibilities**
- Handle customer calls in English (90%)
- Provide support in payment processes and factoring operations
- Enter and update information in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Follow up on requests and incidents
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Center
- Advanced English (90% required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems




- Excellent phone etiquette, organization, and responsibility
**We Offer**
- Competitive salary: $15,000 to $18,000 MXN net (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Professional work environment
- Availability to work one Saturday per month
