Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards, Latin America to join our HR leadership team in Monterrey. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, Americas COE, this role is responsible for developing and executing the long-term total rewards strategy across Latin America — including Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.
**What You Will Own**:
- Develop and execute the regional total rewards strategy to position Carrier as an employer of choice across Latin America
- Design and continuously monitor market-competitive benefits offerings by country, partnering with vendors, brokers, and market intelligence teams
- Lead annual compensation programs including merit cycles and global incentive compensation processes
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to provide consultative expertise in compensation program design across diverse businesses and industries
- Drive rewards communication strategy in the region, including employee value proposition and branding
- Support M&A; initiatives — integration and transition of benefits during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate,



and improve total rewards processes in partnership with Global People Services
**What We Are Looking For**:
- 8+ years of HR/Total Rewards experience with demonstrated expertise managing benefits across Latin America, particularly Mexico, Brazil, and Chile
- BS in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field — MBA preferred
- Experience influencing senior leadership across diverse businesses, industries, and geographies
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management and change management capabilities
- Executive bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required — Portuguese a plus
- Workday experience preferred
- CCP, GRP, SPHR, GPHR or equivalent HR certification preferred
