**Job Profile Summary**
This role is focused on driving the successful execution of our HR process and operations to shape, deliver and continuously improve HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development of scalable programs and support the execution of plans to operationalize strategies, e.g. talent reviews, leadership development.
- Execute operational and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data with the support of the People Analytics team and coordinate final recommendations that will drive short
- and long-term impact, e.g. operational dashboards, WOC outcomes leading to organizational HR Priorities
- Proactive in identifying downstream impacts to project & change management plans, to mitigate risk and enable smooth implementation across audience segments.
- Effectively collaborate with our CoE partners to deliver solutions for our talent and organizational challenges of our future. Drive simplification, efficiencies and continuous improvements in processes and operational cadences.
- Prioritize, support & invest in practices that enhance the organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion.
**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree**in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- **2-4 years in HR operations**or related HR support roles.
- Strong understanding of **HR processes and procedures**.
**English**:intermediate
