Your Key Responsibilities

Resolve IT tickets (Incidents / Request for Service) related to the CREO, Windchill, and PLM module in SAP.

Lead the implementation/improvement of new processes/tools through the Business demand management process:

Understand & document business requirements o Develop functional specifications from business requirements

Develop, document, implement and present new solutions

Coordinate the end-to-end testing

Create training documents

Rollout new versions of the existing tools/processes in the region along with the Integral team

Participate in PLM module rollout of S4 HANA

Provide Project Support

Provide Training to key users

Your Qualifications

Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Software Engineering

3 to 5 years
