Resumen: The Intern will be under professional training in the company and in search of experience in his/her professional field, with the expectation of developing skills in a real work environment. **Responsabilidades**:
**Mains Responsibilities**:
- Support the New Product Development team with daily engineering and project activities.
- Assist in the implementation and validation of new products and engineering changes.
- Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, work instructions, and reports.
- Participate in prototype builds, pilot runs, and product testing activities.
- Coordinate follow-up activities with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing processes and product optimization.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for engineering review.
- Participate in problem-solving activities related to product or process issues.




- Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills preferred.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
