**Job Overview**:
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage multiple concurrent projects that require coordination with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and teams
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from planning, development, launch, socialization and adoption
- Track, escalate and mitigate projects risks and issues as appropriate
- Work with the key team members and leadership to prioritize tasks using internal tools
- Own and manage project plans and provide regular communications to management and stakeholders on projects status, risks, dependencies etc.
- Host and lead regular project meetings with respective stakeholders
**Mandatory Skills / Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing ERP or finance transformation projects, ideally within Financial Services
- Comfortable working with Finance and Accounting concepts and principles e.g.Chart of Accounts, General Ledger entry mapping etc.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or other SaaS finance solutions, as well as familiarity with LATAM e-invoicing vendors,



would be highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with 3rd party suppliers and consultants.
- Team player with focus on delivery.
- Comfortable leading discussions and presenting to stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Experience working with LATAM stakeholders, with fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
**Desired Skills / Qualifications**
- Prince2 / PMP/ SAFe qualification.
- Accounting (CPA, CA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
