Maintenance Manager
Responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across an organization, coordinating and supervising the work of technical employees during general maintenance and routine upkeep of the company’s facilities and equipment. Resolves problems as they arise whether directly or by assembling teams to solve those issues.
**Essential Functions**
- Supervises the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding and packaging equipment.
- Supervises the activities of the maintenance department.
- Collaborates with the production manager to schedule preventive maintenance activities.
- Responsible for the mechanical and preventive maintenance that will keep the production equipment in excellent condition.
- Coordinates the activities of external contractors that carry out installations and projects in the installation.
- Supervises the activities of the security team. Monitors and enforces security requirements.
- Build a positive and purposeful work environment.
- Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and product quality.
- Suggest changes in the conditions and use of work equipment to increase the efficiency of the store, department or work team.
- Analyze and solve problems at work, or help workers in solving work problems.
- Keeps time and maintenance records.
- Develop justifications of capital goods for machinery and process technology to improve quality, cost and cycle times.
- Manage and supervise the execution of CAPEX capital projects.
- Responsible for the personal development of the maintenance team
- Responsible for carrying and controlling the plant budget (KPI cost per case)
- Responsible for attending audits by corporate maintenance and external organizations (SQF, customers).
- Aligned to the goals and objectives of the plant and company.
- Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained.- Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.
- Travel is required; Up to 10% of his time

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years - Experience in Position
- 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects
