Position Summary
As the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support INNIO’s growth in Latin America by managing the end‑to‑end recruiting process for key roles across the region. Based in El Salto / Guadalajara, Mexico, the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers, regional leaders, and global HR teams to attract, select, and onboard talent for Mexico, Brazil and other LATAM countries. In addition to recruiting, the role supports selected regional HR projects with clear business impact, contributing to process improvement, employee experience, HR data quality, and cross‑country collaboration.
